2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by Plage Plage on its website www.plageplage.com.

3. Products

The items sold are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, a slight variation in color or texture may exist depending on the screen.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.plageplage.com.

• Payment is secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site.

• An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

5. Delivery

• Shipping within 3 to 4 weeks after order validation.

• Delivery in France and internationally via carrier

 

• Delivery costs and times are indicated during the ordering process.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers have a period of 15 days after receipt to return a product.

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of an error on our part.

7. Liability

Plage Plage cannot be held responsible in the event of temporary unavailability of the site, delivery delays beyond its control, or force majeure.

8. Personal data protection

Personal information collected is used solely for order processing and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
